Bonjour Nazir, Merci d'avoir choisi notre camping pour un court séjour de 3 nuits en Vendée. Il est vrai que nous avons la chance d'être situés dans un cadre verdoyant et tranquille, tout proche de l'Aiguillon-la-Presqu'île et La Faute-sur-Mer et des très belles plages de sable. Votre avis nous laisse penser qu'il y a un décalage entre votre ressenti général et la note attribuée. C'est un peu surprenant, car nous avons le sentiment que vous avez passé un moment agréable. Camping familial et calme. Les emplacements sont grands, arborés et ombragés.

Cependant l'entrée du camping n'est pas accueillante , vétuste. Il nécessiterait un rafraîchissement au niveau des locaux, accueil épicerie, sanitaires, local poubelle, enlever la bâche noire au niveau de la piscine intérieure. Actuellement ne vaut pas les 4 étoiles mais à un fort potentiel.

Bonjour David, Nous regrettons cette note sévère, alors que vous semblez avoir passé de bons moments dans notre camping. Vous soulignez l'ambiance familiale et calme, ainsi que nos grands emplacements arborés et ombragés. Votre satisfaction à ces niveaux reflète exactement ce que nous souhaitons offrir à nos vacanciers. Nous prenons note de vos suggestions. Sachez que la bâche de la piscine répond à des spécificités techniques, mais nous comprenons votre ressenti esthétique. Vous remettez en question nos 4 étoiles. Si vous aviez été plus attentif aux affichages réglementaires, vous auriez pu lire la Décision de Classement validée par Atout France fièrement affichée à la Réception... Je reste à l'écoute en permanence, dès lors qu'on m'interroge..., et j'aurais été ravie de vous expliquer les fondamentaux et critères associés que vous remettez en cause sans pour autant les connaître et encore moins les maîtriser ! De plus, notre label "Camping Qualité", obtenu suite à des visites mystères, atteste de notre engagement constant pour le bien-être de nos campeurs. Ce label est une garantie supplémentaire de la qualité de nos services, et nous sommes navrés que vous ne l'ayez pas perçu. Il est dommage que ces quelques points aient suffi à mitiger votre ressenti. Nous espérons que vous avez profité pleinement de la Vendée le temps de ce week-end.
