    "Great visit"

    General review

Relatively secluded 8km up the valley, nice flat pitch by the river on this terraced campsite; although pitches flat it's a hilly site. Dutch run and around 90% Dutch visitors, so no French spoken but this didn't bother us. Modern and clean facilities, great fun walking down river with the kids bathing in natural pools and slides, 2 nice pools, good restaurant with themed nights (all you can eat BBQ and ribs nights), plenty of activities for kids including kids club, volleyball/badminton nets, playgrounds. Great base for cycling! Nearest supermarket 8km, within 90 mins of Pont D'Arc.

Big plague of moths while we were there which seemed to be a problem across all of France as we saw them elsewhere too. Made an interesting walk to the wash block at night and they loved sun cream!

Flat, electric hook up, beside the river 30 secs from the wash block

    "Summer camping holiday"
Family with child(ren) Pitch From 12/08/2017 to 26/08/2017

    General review

Great campsite, great location. Away from the crowds of Valon. Great pool and bar. Catering limited but BBQ night is well worth checking out.

The onsite shop offers only limited stock and the nearest supermarket is 8km away. The moths (admittedly beyond the control of the campsite!) were an issue and I would highlight the lack of native French speakers. The campsite is great but do be aware that the vast majority of campers are Dutch so you will have to venture away from the campsite should you wish to practice your French.

    Accommodation review Pitch

Very good size pitch next to the river

    The moths again!!
