Bonjour, je m'étonne de ce retour si négatif alors que je ne me souviens pas avoir eu écho de remarques lors de vos 2 semaines, début août, passées sur le camping. Concernant l'ambiance générale, oui, nous sommes un camping familial et non un camping-club avec des animateurs venant vous solliciter à tout moment. Mais nous proposons tout de même des activités et animations toute la journée : fitness, aquagym, yoga, ... le matin, sur la même tranche horaire que le club enfant, qui lui, propose des ateliers en tous genres (bricolages, jeux d'extérieurs, cuisine, ...), des tournois les après-midis ainsi que des animations ponctuelles telles que surf mécanique, roller ball à la piscine, babyfoot humain, ... et des concerts ou spectacles en soirée. Concernant le pot d'accueil oui nous avions été contraint de le retirer en 2020 et 2021, ... nous allons essayer de le remettre en place ;-)
Pour ce qui est de la prise, elle se trouvait sur l'emplacement à côté du vôtre, si besoin il ne fallait pas hésiter à venir nous voir, nous prêtons des rallonges... en tous cas, nous sommes déçus de ne pas avoir répondu pleinement à vos attentes.
