La piscine et la zone pour les enfants

Le fait de devoir faire le ménage comme si c’était à louer à nouveau. On est en vacances et non pas là pour nettoyer, bien sur il faut laisser le bungalow correctement mais non pas faire un nettoyage à fond. Nous l’avons laissé plus propre en comparaison à comment il était à l’arrivée. Ce fait est annoncé en une toute petite note qu’on rate, bien sûr, quand on fait la réservation et ça donne un image très mauvaise en général, il vaudrait mieux de rajouter le coût du nettoyage au prix général de la réservation et ne faire pas différentiation. Service bar très limité et l’hospitalité à améliorer

Bonjour, nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de donner votre avis. Lors de votre réservation vous aviez le choix de choisir ou non le forfait ménage. Vous ne l'avez pas fait et pas demandé non plus pendant votre séjour d'une semaine, donc comme dans tous les campings, le ménage est à faire soi-même au départ dans ce cas là... Quant à la propreté du mobilhome , nous sommes désolés de lire cela car nous mettons un point d'honneur à donner un mobilhome très propre à chaque client. Ce qui nous étonne donc, c'est que s'il était sale au point de devoir le renettoyer à votre arrivée, personne ne soit venu nous le faire remarquer, et qu'aucune remarque n'ait été faite en ce sens le jour du départ. Nous accompagnons tous nos clients personnellement dans les mobihomes et si nous avions remarqué une anomalie de nettoyage nous aurions fait en sorte de faire repasser l'équipe de nettoyage de suite. Le but pour nous étant de vous faire passer de bonnes vacances. Dommage que vous préfériez le faire une fois parti, cela empêchant notre controle et notre action pour arranger cela.
